ADVANTAGE:
The specially deep-drawn TOP will allow the baskets to be drained easily, as well as contain any oil spillage. The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, completely welded (continuous). A suitable cold zone is created on the bottom of the tank, guaranteeing the quality and durability of the cooking oils. The oil can be easily drained thanks to the drain cock located on the front panel.
