• Plate (thickness 10 mm), in food-grade enamel (NF 12983-1), with high heat conduction value, perfectly homogeneous cooking without heat loss at the periphery thanks to "Incoloy" resistors for the electric versions and star burners for the gas versions, rapid temperature rise up to 300°C.
• Easy and convenient maintenance, thanks to the drawer on the front and to the 100% smooth surface of the plate;
• Stainless steel construction and reinforced insulation.
• Gas version: 6 to 8 star burners, regulation valve(s) with idle position, equipped with safety thermocouples and piezoelectric ignition.
• Adjustable cylinder(s).
